- Shanadeen Begay, NAU, was awarded the President's Prize of the Golden Axe Recipients and a full fellowship funded by NSF called the Advanced Computation in Engineering and Science, ACES to attend Graduate School at Boston University

Publications:
Frances Robinson, Nellie Sandoval, Julie Baldwin and Priscilla Sanderson's article, Breast Cancer Education for Native American Women: Creating Culturally Relevant Communications, was published in the Clinical Journal of Oncology Nursing last December.
